Neo Students is offering one eligible student the chance to win £5,000 rent credit through a prize draw for students booked to live at Neo Students for the 2026/27 academic year.
Offer Value
- One (1) winning student will receive £5,000 rent credit.
- The rent credit will be applied to the winner’s rent account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- This promotion is a free prize draw and does not require any additional payment beyond the student’s accommodation booking.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for entry into the prize draw, students must:
- Have a to live at Palamon Court, Rhodaus Court, or Currus Court for the 2026/27 academic year.
- Hold a valid a tenancy or rental agreement in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Have booked accommodation for a minimum occupation period of no less than 44 weeks for the 2026/27 academic year.
- Employees of Neo Students, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Entry into the Prize Draw
- All eligible students booked for the 2026/27 academic year will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
- Students who booked prior to the launch of this promotion will be included automatically.
- No additional action is required to enter.
- Only one entry per student is permitted.
Promotional Period
- The prize draw is open to all eligible bookings made for the 2026/27 academic year, including bookings made prior to the promotion being announced.
- The prize draw will close at 23:59 on 5 Sep 2026.
- Neo Students reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Winner Selection
- One winner will be selected by a computer-generated random draw from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place after the start of the 2026/27 academic year.
- The winner will be contacted using the contact details held on their booking record.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 calendar days of initial contact or is later found to be ineligible, Neo Students reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The winning student agrees that their first name and initial of their surname may be used and announced across Neo Students’ marketing channels, including digital and social platforms, for the purposes of announcing and promoting the outcome of the prize draw.
Eligibility to Receive the Rent Credit
The winning student will only receive the £5,000 rent credit if:
- They have moved into their accommodation for the 2026/27 academic year.
- They have made their first or full rental payment under their tenancy or rental agreement in accordance with applicable legislation.
- All rental payments due under their agreement are up to date at the time the rent credit is applied.
If the winning student cancels their booking before the start of their tenancy, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.
Rent Credit Application
- The £5,000 rent credit will be applied to the winner’s rent account once their tenancy has commenced and rental payments are up to date and will be offset against the final rent instalments up to a maximum value of £5,000. regardless of how rent instalments are structured or paid.
- The rent credit cannot exceed the total rent payable under the tenancy or rental agreement in accordance with applicable legislation.
- The rent credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the winner’s tenancy ends early for any reason, any unused portion of the rent credit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Additional Terms
- Neo Students reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Neo Students’ decision in all matters relating to the prize draw is final.

Cancellation Policy

Risk-Free Booking
If you are awaiting exam results or a VISA decision, we want you to book with confidence.

- Failure to achieve required grades, or
- Failure to obtain a VISA.
This risk-free cancellation applies only:
- Before the start date of the signed tenancy, or

If approved, the booking will be cancelled and any deposit payments made will be refunded in full.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your booking for any other reason before the start date of your Tenancy Agreement (AST), the cashback reward will not be valid.

- Refer a friend who will be a full-time student during the 2026/27 academic year.
NB For the purpose of this offer, a full-time student is defined as a student studying at a Higher Education or Further Education institution within Canterbury for the 2026/27 academic year.
Criteria (Referred Student)
To qualify for the offer, the Referred Student must:
- Book a room at Palamon Court, Rhodaus Court, or Currus Court during the active Refer-a-Friend promotional period.
- Book accommodation for a minimum occupation period of 44 weeks for the 2026/27 academic year.
- Be booking Neo Students’ accommodation for the first time (students renewing an existing tenancy do not qualify).
- Not already be listed as an active lead or customer in Neo Students’ database at the time of referral. A “lead” means an individual who has previously enquired about or submitted personal details for a booking with Neo Students prior to the referral submission.
- Submit the Refer-A-Friend form within 14 days of booking, confirming:
- the full name of the Referring Student; and
- using the same email address used to complete their booking with Neo Students.
NB It is the responsibility of the Referring Student to ensure the referral form is completed within this timeframe.
Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of referral.
Bookings made via third party agents are eligible, provided all other terms are met.
Referral Limits
There is no limit to the number of friends a student may refer during the active promotional period.
Where multiple referrals are submitted for the same Referred Student, only the first valid referral received will qualify.
Cancellation Policy
If either student’s tenancy ends early for any reason, any unpaid or unapplied rent credit will be forfeited.
Eligibility to Claim
Both the Referring Student and the Referred Student will only be eligible to receive the rent credit if:

- As of 1 October 2026, both students:
