Absolutely! When your child is living with Neo Students, it’s their home away from home. Parents and guardians are welcome to coordinate visits directly with their child.

Your child’s safety and well-being are our top priorities at Neo. Our site teams are trained in first aid and mental health awareness, and we actively encourage healthy lifestyles through our social events and activities. If you ever have concerns about your child, we’re here to listen and provide assistance in any way we can.
How can I prepare my child for university?
We’ve got you covered! Help your child pack for university with our easy packing checklist, ensuring they have everything they need to feel at home in their new space.
We also provide complimentary contents insurance for added peace of mind. Additionally, we create Facebook Groups for each of our communities, allowing students to ‘virtually’ meet their new flatmates before arriving as well as stay connected throughout the academic year.
How can I get in touch if I’m concerned about my child?
