• If paying in full, prior to the full payment date.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this promotion:

• You must be booking for the 2025/26 academic year.
• You must be a new customer.
  • This offer does not apply to existing bookings or bookings currently in progress.

• Failure to achieve required grades, or
• Failure to obtain a VISA.

This risk-free cancellation applies only:

• Before the start date of the signed tenancy, or
• Before the first instalment or full rent payment has been made, whichever is earlier.

If approved, the booking will be cancelled and any deposit payments made will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your booking for any other reason before the start date of your Tenancy Agreement (AST), the cashback reward will not be valid.
• Neo Students reserve the right to re-charge the cashback should the tenancy agreement be cancelled before the stated end date.

General Terms

• Neo Students reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice or liability to participants.

• Students who book before the end of the promotional period and meet all eligibility criteria will still be honoured, even if the promotion is later withdrawn.

• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion may result in disqualification.
